Our Mission

To make dignity a reachable standard for every household we serve.

We exist to close the gap between emergency and response — providing relief, education, healthcare and clean water directly to the communities that need them, funded transparently by individuals who trust us to act on their behalf.

Our Vision

A Pakistan where no family's future is decided by a flood, a fee, or a missed diagnosis — where local giving is strong enough to meet local need.

Our Values

What guides every decision we make

Transparency

Every project is documented and reported back to donors — no donation moves without a paper trail.

Speed

We aim to be on the ground within 48 hours of a verified emergency — response time is a form of respect.

Local First

We work through community volunteers who know the streets and households — not distant field offices.

Our Journey

From one village to thirty-two districts

Founding Years

A relief drive after a local flood

What started as a small group of volunteers collecting ration for a nearby flood-hit village became the seed of a formal organisation.

Early Growth

First permanent medical camp launched

A recurring monthly clinic was set up in an underserved neighbourhood, treating patients who had no nearby access to a doctor.

Expansion

Education programme introduced

School fee sponsorships and supply drives began, keeping at-risk children enrolled through difficult household years.

Today

A structured, donor-accountable foundation

Khidmate Pakistan now runs coordinated relief, education, health and water programmes across multiple districts, backed by a growing base of regular donors.
